  anyone know PNP(PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAMME)?
I´m a PNP applicant,I´ve ever logged in a provincial govenment website(new brunswick) and learned that if I do not fullfil permanent residence obligation in new brunswick, my PR will be cancelled by CIC. Is this in breach of canada constitution, which prescribed that canadians have rights to move freely? I wonder if I have option to live anywhere in canada if I get PR on the basis of PNP.
Looking forward to ur early reply.

when you come under the PNP you come under a ´special agreement´ that gives you certain advantages. As part of that agreement, you say you will work within that province. If you do not, you break your agreement. The consequence is that your PR is revoked. Same as if you are charged with a serious criminal offence - your PR is cancelled and you are expected to go back to your country of origin. there is no constitutional or rights violations here. It is a form of contract law.
