Subject: UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO FRAUD
I came to Canada in 1980. In 1981 enrolled in a PhD program at the University of Toronto. See what happened:

University of Toronto fraud http://ca.geocities.com/uoftfraud/

This site gives over 50 documents of the case of unprecedented fraud in Canadian academia. It provides insight into the completely corrupted system of higher education, science and law enforcement.

My PhD research of five years was stolen by my supervisor who, a few months before this, fraudulently changed my status to "lapsed student" and so removed me from the University. She published, in American journals, three papers claiming credit for my discoveries, then, said that my discoveries belong to "community" and she simply "salvaged" them.

The University has admitted that she "repeated" my experiments and "replicated or extended" my results, that she did not acknowledge this fact, and that my research was, in fact, based on theoretical paper published by me earlier. These investigations ended with the conclusion that she did not steal my research. Five other professors and University of Toronto President participated in the fraud and obstruction of justice.

The fraud was followed by the largest cover-up in history. Over one hundred of organizations, govt. offices, law firms, etc. were corrupted and made to cooperate with the perpetrators of the fraud.

The story is prohibited for publication in the media.

Michael,

I´m sorry to learn about the way your Ph.D. program has gone... However, if I had been in your shoes, I would have had authorized the publication of the first manuscript (co-authored by you and Larsen). A publication never hurts, it does not matter if you are affiliated to the university or not. That was your big mistake. You knew Larsen had the professor seniority and ability to slighlty modify your research and publish. She also wanted to salvage the investement in time and research with you.

I feel fortunate my professors have supported me with money and guidance in my research program. Hopefully, one of my dissertation´s chapters will be become a journal article. To tell you the truth, I don´t care where my name is going to be: I could be first author or second author. However, I care about keeping the professional and friendship ties with my professors, so we can keep collaborating in the future. I see the future, I don´t see today.

I will share your story with my colleages so that they can be aware of how things can really go wrong in the final stages of the Ph.D. program.

My advise for you is to resume move on and try to resume your academic work. I´m sure you are a talented researcher and your deserve better. Good luck to you Michael.

Why were you asked to leave the program? I bet you did something really naughty and now you are just plain sour at them folks.

I don´t know much about Univ of T but I know it is one of the most prestegious univ in the world.

Plus it is not like it is your work alone? I see a lot of corrections on the manucript. Who did these?

How can you prove it is not her (your advisors) idea to begin with and you are now (being sour b=for being kicked out) are just claiming it to be your work.

I mean it is only a typed manuscript. I can do it and put my name - so does it become mine. Do you have a previous line of research in this specific work to show that it was you who intiated the project and not her?

If so cite it.

Could be she was already working and you came and said in desperation that you want to work with her and the dude that you sound my have threatened her if she did not pass you or something..

Anyways - that is beyond the scope of this forum; why am I even wasting my time on this...

DUDE; either make peace with the gal or fight it out...
