| Subject: Is it possible to get AI without getting AOR |
I applied for PR at buffalo ( federal skilled worker)
in aug and haven´t got AOR yet.So is it possible that I will get AI directly without getting AOR.Or shall I contact Buffalo office regarding my status.I am worried could anyone please suggest what to do ?

You should fax a note to Buffalo immediately. You would never get an IA without a file number. When the file number is assigned, an officer is assigned to work your case.

Yo should also check with your Bank if your Cashier´s Cheque has been enc

Yes, if check is encashed that means your file under process. Maybe your AOR is misplaced in mail? Check with CIC by sending them a fax to send you a copy.

Your first may get lost in mail. It happened to me, I faxed many times but didn´t get any response from them. Last week I got my IA. I am very happy. Keep your finger crossed, and its good to check the bank. Just to make sure. Good luck man
