  sharon,thanks for your previous answer.

This is still RE application under PNP BUSINESS CLASS.
If I finally got citizenship, not PR,do u mean I still have no right to move freely. If I move, does CIC still have authority to revoke my citizenship? Do you mean canadian contract law have priority to the constitutional law?

I am not an expert on the PNP but I am sure there is a time limit to the commitment. I am sure the CIC website should tell you. 3 years rings a bell.

I am searching...because I am not seeing an answer. Maybe I am all wet. What I am reading is it is a situation when a company esentially applies on your behalf that they want you. you then go to CIC and they fast track your PR. When I search the sites, they talk about a firm commitment to remain in the province. I am thinking that the PNP program would apply to a researcher, or nurse etc. It is obvious that they want you to stay in the province that has nominated you and I am assuming the big stick is the revoking of the PR. They do not want you to use this as a quick way into the country - same deal as applying to Quebec to save time. It does not work quite that way. However, I am not seeing a specific time agreement. It might even vary by province.

This website is for your reference:
http://www.gnb.ca/immigration/english/FAQ/index.asp
(please see answer to the following question:
If I am successful in immigrating to New Brunswick through the Nominee Program, how long do I have to stay in the province?)

I´ve drawn a conclution under your help and what I learned from this website:
If I get PR under PNP BUSINESS CLASS, I must fulfill my permenant obligation in that province, but if I get my citizenship someday, I can move everywhere.

Do you think my conclution is right? or if someday you know the answer, please give me a confirmation. thanks a million.

citizenship is 3 years in Canada so I think that is a safe assumption.
