| Subject: PR Card Picture |
Hi,
I just called the PR Card Call center and was told that I have to go to Toronto to give my picture. Has any else been in similar situations ?

Sometimes it is because the picture is too dark.

My picture has a crease in the top corner of the picture (not on my face) and so required a new picture. I was not required to go anywhere - just told to fill in the form that came with my picture request and send in another picture.
