| Subject: Moving from Charlotte to Edmonton |
Hi All... I need to move my stuff from Charlotte, SC to Edmonton, AB. What will be the easiest way to do it? Driving up in UHaul will take 3 DAYS or so!! What can be done?

we drove from South Carolina to Calgary It took us 4 days because we rested after every 13 hours of driving. We also had a big U-haul in tow. If your vehicle is not heavy duty, think twice before deciding to drive. Our van is Chevrolet Venture. Uhaul approved it and we did not have any problem during the trip...really a smooth 4-day trip. However, after about 4 or 5 months the transmission gave in and we had to spend so much for it.
If you are planning to enter through Montana/Coutts Alberta area then you are bound to drive along series of mountains and this is really serious driving. So compare prices and consequences.
