Subject: Form to fill out at the border ! |
Hello,
could anybody leave me a link (or a name) to that form one has to fill out when entering Canada for the first time, on which he has to claim what he is bringing in (furniture, personal stuff, etc.)
Thanks

(in reply to: Form to fill out at the border !) Anita-
You make a goods to follow list yourself. List all the items and their make amd model no.
For a car list the VIN no.
Custom agent fills appox. value and the form on your arrival and gives you a copy. This is your proof. When you bring in an item they simply deduct the value from the total you declared.

(in reply to: Form to fill out at the border !) Well for me, I just brought print-outs of an excel sheet. The agent filled out the form for me and stapled it to the sheet and I was done! He gave me a copy and kept a copy for his records.
