Planning for Canadian immigration from India.

Here are my few doubts
1. when do we need to take IETLS exam and what are the scores needed(to claim high proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, listening) for canadian immigration

2. for police clearance certificate
i got my passport issued from Hyderabad. I worked in Gurgaon(india) for more than 1yr. I studied in Allahabad(MNREC) for 18months, and I´m currently working in Bangalore(its been almost 2yr). And my native is warangal(place near to Hyderabad).
so do i need to get police clearance certificate from all places warangal, hyderabad, gurgaon, allahabad and bangalore.

or

do i just need to get police clearance certificate from warangal(my native).

expecting answers for these questions,
thanks in advance

ideally yes. but dependes upon the immigration officer. If you are applying from some other office (other than indian) then only one PCC will do (for sure). In your case just take the PCC issued from the place of your current stay.
