| Subject: FBI clearence from India. |
I lived in US for five years before moving back to India. I am planning to apply for under SW class.
Is there any way to get an FBI clearence while I am in Indi ?

I am exactly in the same situation as you are...
you can obtain the finger print forms by calling 1-304-625-5590, but I don´t know where to take the finger prints.
If you do find out where you can do it, please post it here.

I simply downloaded the form from the FBI web site and did my own fingerprinting. Follow the instructions carefully and have a couple of copies available - fingerprinting is not as easy as it seems. Then I simply sent the form to the FBI - follow their instructions for that as well. The results were returned in about two months.
