| Subject: New Passport & RP |
My spouse was issued a new passport. As we live in Qatar we have residence permits which was recently renewed. My question is should we infrom of my spouse´s new passport and our renewed residence permits.

Reference number: 22 nd May, 2005
Medical request: 12 June, 2006
Passport request: 28 August, 2006
Visa received: 15 th September, 2006
Total time: 16 months (approximately)
