Subject: What to do?
Hi long time ago im thinking to come join Canada.
I was born in vancouver but i left Canada when i was just a litle boy (6yo). My language skill i snot very good any more, i dont have canadian
education. I only have the canadian green card, and social security.
I ve got a univercity degree in bussines managment, and 14 years experience in army.
Do you think that coming in Canada is a good idea?

It might, depending on your skills and what you are looking for life.
Why don´t you do some labour markeat research to find out what are your possibilities?
it also depends on what country are you at right now, you know.

have you thought of upgrading your education by Canadian std.´s. i.e. you can always study at a univ. in Canda. It may take 3-4 years but it will be worth it.

As you are a Canadian Citizen, you will qualify for federal loans and maybe grants.
