| Subject: Getting married! |
Hello all,
I´m a Canadian resident and my boyfriend is an illegal immigrant. We want to get married. I´m wondering how can we get a marriage licence. He only has an expired passport, a birth certificate and credit cards.

Easy go show two pieces of ID fill in the form and pay normally $110.00
You have to meet the concerns of your undertaking but income is not an issue as long as your not on welfare. In your case the forms needed are in the square box of the H&C section do not use the Inland spousal forms he is out of status.
Make sure you show a clear and evident bond between the two of you. Wedding photos mean very little to any Inland officer what they want to see is relationship photos. The best are ones where the two of you are not looking at the camera but having plain and soimple fun or relaxing together.

you are talking about Ontario. other provinces have diffreent systems. however, status in canada is not the bisiness of the opffice of the registrar ( so marriage and status in canada have nothing in commom)
