Hi, I´m now studing in Sweden, I hope to immigrate to Canada as skilled immigrator, I wander how long it will take to evaluate my application, if I apply in Sweden. I

Hi,
Assuming you have been legally admitted to Sweden for atleast a period of one year, you application would be handled by the Visa Office in London, United Kingdom. The current estimated processing time for skilled worker applications handled by this office is between 16-30 months. The actual processing time could be shorter or longer.
If you haven´t been legally admitted to Sweden for atleast a year, then your application will have to be handled by the Visa Office for your country of nationality. You can find that visa office by looking at this list:
