Hi there,
I hope someone would be able to answer my question. I submitted my immigration file to Buffalo. It was returned for two reasons. I already fixed one of the reasons, but the other reason got me confused.
They sent me a list highlighting that: "All envelopes must be opened". Even under Educational Transcripts it clearly stated that envelopes must be opened. However, my transcripts are in a university sealed envelope that clearly states "Transcripts official only if envelope is unopened". So if I open the envelope it is no longer official.
I am in a dillema now as I don´t know whether I should open the envelopes or not. My initial application was already divided into sections and I had a title page for each section including the "Educational Documents" section. I would appreciate any help from the members here.

Send the transcripts sealed from the University that is a given.
