Subject: interview after medicals expired |

Hello Everyone,
I would appreciate any piece of advice as to following issue. Maybe someone faced this before? I have had a security interview several days ago and still am waiting for results. It lasted for 15 minutes at the most and everything is pretty clear. I worry as my medicals expired two months ago and the officer seemed to be surprised with this but I noticed that we reminded Embassy about it. When I applied there with request to redo medicals they told me that I can do it only when the Embassy will request me to do this and they never did. I myself cannot go and just do it without a special paper from them.
How long can it take after such interview? I know that very low percentage of applicants have such interviews and I guess I was a lucky one I am puzzled and worry a lot.

(in reply to: interview after medicals expired) I went for a security interview after my medical had expired. It took me four months to get the PPR and I did not have to do the medical again.

(in reply to: interview after medicals expired) Thank you Anonymous,
I apply under family reunion category- a spouse. I hope it will be so as you say. i do not mind to go through another medicals just do not want them to miss anything and confuse something. You understand.
Have a nice day.
