Does the status change to "decision made" after they stamp my passport or before they ask for the passport.

Don´t trust e-client at all.
I got my PPR, it still says "In Process". It might have worked well for a few lucky ones, but don´t go by the online status.

Mine went to decision made before I got the PPR - as Raj states the e-client can be good for some but not all - I suppose I was quite lucky with mine!
