| Subject: spouse: In-Canada or Outside? |
Hi, I am an east indian currently residing in Canada on Temporary visa which expires in December. I recently got married here. Can I stay here and apply under the "Outside Canada" class because it is faster, i.e. through New Delhi? Do I have to go to India?

Only if they call you for an Interview. Indian address on schedule 1
