Subject: Anyone has any idea about this situation
When I applied initialy, I showed my fathers bank account with a letter from my father saying I can use this funding if needed.

Last week when they sent me the IA with the medical info. They also asked me if I can send him 3 months bank statement. I dont have enough money in my bank, but I recently purchased a house in US so I have aproximately 20000 US Dollar as asset in that house, so should I show them this asset or I have to have the money in my bank. Since they asked for 3 months bank statement its quite imposible, or should I send my fathers 3 months bank statement. What you guys think I should do?

It´s clearly stated in the application bulletin that you need to have the stated money in a bank and only under your name. I don´t think assets such as houses, cars count as part of settlement funds. Your father´s bank statment is useless for you if you 18+ and are applying as federal skilled worker.

you must liquidate your property in the USA to be
able to complete your settlement fund. you have to show with them that you have enough money to settle in canada
for 6 months, and depending of how many family members of
yours to join you, they would require you specific amount
in CAD$, you have to meet that requirement, in COLD CASH.

the CIC manual states funds must be available, transferable, unencumbered by debts or other obligations. It seems drastic to sell the house before you know if immigration accepts you... I would call an immigration consultant, they could tell you pretty quickly what you must do. The mortgage terms might be a factor. For sure, your fathers money is no help to you.

Out of sheer curiosity, may I ask you this? If you bought a house in the US, you must have had some serious plans to qualify for mortgage and such.... How did this turn into American Refuse? Just curious. I would have thought hard before jumping into buying a house! A solution: you can have your dad´s name on the house title and let him put cash in bank on your name. If you have to move to Canada, he can have the house and liquidate it for a meaningful return.
