Subject: problem with RPC Buffalo
  Hi,

I have submitted my medicals in May 2004. My problem is that RPC Buffalo does not ask all the information that is required for processing my application at the same time. Since May 2004, they have contacted me several times and each time they just asked for part of information they have required (some of this information have been already provided in my previous corresponences!)
I have seen so many friends who have submitted al those information at once. What can I do to save my time? Why do they act like this? Does it depend on the officer who processing my case? My application processing time is approching two years and I keep asking myself WHY? :(

Thank you very much

I would suggest to fax or call the RPC, Buffalo and request the status of your application or else order CAIPS notes and know yourself what is going on with your file. Hope this helps

I faxed them three times, but not reply so far. The thing is that I believe the person who is assessing my document is not well-experienced. So whenever he/she goes through my application he/she finds a new thing and ask me. What do you do if they ask your addresses and then after a couple of months they ask your partner´s address during the time that they know you have been living together???

My friend,

Those people in Buffalo are bad people. They do not answer your fexes, they do not inform you about the status of your application, and they still create problems like yours. My frustration with them is growing by the minute. Seriously, I´m thinking about abondoning my plans to immigrate to Canada. It´s sad because our Canadian kid would have had a better future in Canada, but those evil people in Buffalo are making it hard for me to join them.

Sorry about my bitter reply, but I´m frustrated with those guys.
