If your question is just to apply for Immigration; then most probably, YES. You just have to verify the equivalency from the Canadian council. But if you want to know whether you can use your degree to be able to find jobs in Canada, then..please read the thread started by me on September 28th; subject "Living the Canadian dream?-2".

honorable mam i need to know if i want to do graduation from karachi university do u plz direct me for which subjects will be good for me ..as i am mother of two kidos and also responsibilities of their and husbands but i am very much interested in doing BA for i have done my Fsc and diploma in computerz...Please do help me in this matter i will be very much thankful to you.

A.A. I passed my LLB degree from SM law college, Karachi in the year 1975 but for submitting the same for equalization to a Canadian law degree I failed to obtain syllabus of that time from university of Karachi as it is no more in their record. actually this IS a Canadian immigration website but it is not an OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT website.
