| Subject: Including wife without US status in Buffalo app |

Hi all.
I have filed a Canadian Federal Skilled Worker application to Buffalo, NY office in US in May 2004. I have received a file number some time later but no other info. Now I want to marry my fiance and include her in the application. She lost her status in US, and will probably have to leave soon. If we get married here, can she be included in my application to Buffalo office, although not having legal status in US? Or is it better to get married back in Bulgaria after she leaves? Where to file for her in such case? And will this step cancel/harm the filed application?
Advice/help/tips from anyone?! We don´t want to drop the application and just go back...

What is your status in US?
What is her status or what were her status i US?
