hi all
my visa will expire few days later, my airline reservation to arrive Canada is at same day of vis expiry date? is that ok?
or they will not let me in ?

Do not take chance at all.Suppose your flight delay or cancel then you will loose PR Status.
I would strongly adviced you that change your flying dates, go at least before 1 week of your visa expiry date.

can you get on the plane at the last min, of course you can? but why you have to wait until last min to get on?
