Subject: Canadian skilld workker immigration
  Hi, my name is Salman 23 m in Pakistan rite now. i got my B.Sc from University of Toronto, canada. I´ve almost 3 yrs experience from canada. i lived there for 3 yrs with my paretns who claimed refugee status there n then was refused n ordered to leave. it was a famuily case so i was in it too so left the country (i was minor when they applied). b4 canada we were in USA for abt 10 yrs. i did all my pre secondary education (high schools etc) from NY, USA. now i´ve applied for canadian point system immigration simplified process. i ´ve abt 73 points. i applied on sept 12th, 06 but no response yet. another thing i wanted to ask was do i need to take IETLS or no since i ve all my education from US/Canada. please advise me thanks.

You might get by by explaining how you use English everyday and your school certificates. If the fee is not an issue by all means take the IELTS you should pass it with flying colours.

You should of applied as a PNP depending on the location of your work experience.

You will have to seek consent of the Minister to return an additional $400.00

well im getting a approved job offer thru HRDC soon hopefully in my field from toronto. as far as the consent is concerned i dont need tht my parents need it since they were the primary claimants i was in the familt n minor.
wht is PNP
i was working at IBM Canada thru kelly services in toronto
