| Subject: notice of mailing address for PR card |

I landed as an immigrant over a month and a half ago. Per CIC´s instruction, I updated my mailing address online (instead of faxing the address) a month ago. To my surprise, the CIC website still shows my address in the US as the current address. Is this why I still haven´t yet received the PR card? Are they really taking in the address information for those submitted online?

i haven´t received my PR card yet, i landed august 21, they
say 4 to 6 weeks, i was going to call them and check if anything is wrong, i haven´t changed my address recently
or anything.

I landed on Aug 18. You won´t need to change address if you are in Canada. In my case, because i applied from within the US, i was required to provide a canadian address.
