The FBI is nowadays taking 14 weeks to process.
Did anybody who applied in July/August or later get their FBI before 14 weeks?

I applied in June and received last week. You can call at 304-625-2000 to check status.

I just called the number. They say that those who applied till August 15th will get the fingerprint only by November end.
I am worried because my 90 day time period to submit documents elapses on the 25th of this month.
Any idea whether the Canadian Immigration will take my words that the fingerprint hasn´t come.

I am in the same boat. FBI tells me the I will only get my fingerprints back mid nov. I was given until end of October to submit my documents. I have decided to send everything in and include a letter explaining that I need more time for FBI prints.

Rickie, did you write your deadline on the outside of the envelope and the cover letter?. Usually, it takes about
8-10 weeks.
