  quick question , a friend of mine applied for PR, His degree is 1996- 1999 full time , but then he had 2 pending course to complete which he completed only in 2005 after a 6 year gap thru correspondence .., The University awarded him the degree after he passed..

Now is this considered as a full time degree or part time ???
