Hello everybody
Can anyone explain what is meant by - "Original Transcripts in University sealed envelops".
Is it a duplicate of the original transcript issued by the university in a sealed envelop or a photocopy of the original transcript attested/certified by the university and sealed by them in a envelope.???
anything on this greatly appreciated..

A duplicate issued by the university and that has been sealed by them in an envelop is what you need.
