I have applied for Canada PR and it will take years to complete in my country. So I want to come to Canada on work visa soon. Can any one tell me what are the options I have to come and work in Canada quickly?

You need to find a employer who can sponsor you a work permit.
Secondly your employer has to validate the job offer from HRSDC before they issue u a offer letter,
It´s easy to get all this if u are in high demand category like doctors or software programmer
