Sharon,
Thanks for advising on the visitor visa! My wife has informed me that an immigration specialist says I can apply for the visitor visa. She will give me more details later! I´m so happy there is still a chance to see my family this Christmas!!!

Ozz, you give me hope too. I need my guy to come for a visit too so we can endure all the extra wait that we are now living with. I am sure your chances are better than mine, but I am still crossing my fingers that we can have some time together - even if we must wait until January.

Sharon, let´s be hopeful! A short visit surely helps a ton!
At this stage, having the slightest possibility of seeing my family during Christmas is worth a smile for the rest of the year!!! I can´t wait to hug and play with my son!
This news erased the bitterness I gad accumulated towards CIC in the last few days!

But u did not understand my case . i did not marry in
canada i got married with my first wife in pakistan and also i spent less than one year in canada ,and according to canadian law i can´t apply for divorce in canada unless me or my wife spend whole one year in canada thats why for a divorce i have to go back to my country where actually i married to my first wife and according to my country law my divorce is ok and i was permitted to mary again right after the divorce according to pakistani law...
