| Subject: Send transcripts to CIC between AOR and IA or not? |

My federal skilled worker application is still pending between AOR and IA.
At time of filing, my application only contained a COPY of the original transcripts, along with an English translation done by an ATIO-certified Canadian translator.
Last month I have finally received the sealed certified transcripts from my university. Should I send them to CIC before the initial assessment, or wait for CIC to request the sealed transcripts?
As you can probably imagine, all I am trying to do is to speed up the process wherever possible and not to give the CIC officer any reason to consider rejection of my application due to missing or incomplete supporting documents.
If I have to submit the transcripts to CIC, does anyone know how that needs to be done? Just FedEx it along with a copy of the AOR, or..?!?
