  hi members,


My question is that i have 2 yr diploma in IT field from private college of canada(toronto) only,i just want to apply for work permit.

-- can i apply for work permit.

---If yes then i need to have a employer for sure or not.

--- I need to do somekinda appproved by canadian human res. dept.
