hi, i am presently waiting for an answer from immigration into quebec.
i just visited a canadian officer about my submission as a common-law partner sponsor. To the best of my knowledge i didnt need any income, i only needed not to have social assistance(welfare) which i dont have.
Problem now seem to be that i work undeclared and cant prove i will be able to support my girlfriend financially. i am a person with help problem and for now the only job i could get is undeclared ... cant get a medical certificat, too complicated, dont have a familly doctor to follow me.
is that true that they can check i have job or not, even though they are not suppose verify my minimum income?
Should i get a declared job right away and update my case?
what else would you suggest, i dont wanna loose my girlfriend, weve been togheter for 5 years now in canada ....
