Hi all,
I applied for skilled worker PR in Feb 2005 at Buffalo USA. My lastest update from them was to request an english test which was in July 2005. I submitted my test result in August 2005. I haven´t heard anything from them ever since. That is more than 1 year. Any one has anything idea to get a hold of them?
I know there is an email address on their letter, does it ever work for your case? I wrote them in June this year using the email and they never get back to me.

have you checked e-case? if your file is within CIC performance standards, they are not likely to respond to your inquiry.
it is 2 months since you sent in your test results. That is the critical last date which would indicate they are still assessing your file.
you have the option of ordering CAIPS notes which may give you some additional information.
