looks like PLEASE HELP to me.
I am married to a U.S. citizen and he had been refused to enter as a visitor for stupid reasons by the Can. border agent - I am truly not kidding. I went to the Immigration office and they said I can not do anything at all to get a visitor pass for my husband. I am native Canadian and I am sick to death to be separated from my husband. (I even tried to enter in U.S. as a visitor and they refused me the access without even having a ticket parking) Can someone here help me please?

on the last thread you suggested that we should have fun as immigration co-workers. The comment provokes me to ask if your first posting was a game you decided to play to see what would happen? I hope not. Your question has taken a lot of time and energy on this site. Some of us have spent time looking for answers for you. I hope you were not mocking peoples genuine willingness to help any way they could.

it is dispointing when someone would use such a serious matter for many of us as a means of entertainment. Humour has its place but all players need to know the rules.

I wasn´t able to reply before now because I was too much wounded to reply. Mona Scott is the one who is playing with my life for 17 months now. If she would apply the amended law, paragraph 36 (2) (B), my husband would be able to come as a visitor. Since nobody is questionning her job in Canada until now even if I am fighting since November 2004, she is Almighty - she surely should become the next pope because she is so perfect.
