May I know the time frame for re application after refusal?
I was refused 3 months ago and planning to re apply again.

Sure you can, as long as the reasons that caused your turn down have changed. And why were you refused if I may ask?

The is no time that need to pass before you can re-apply. You can file your new application right away, UNLESS your application was refused due to misrepresentation/fraud. In this case there is a 2-year ban from filing a new application.

I´ve been refused due to insufficient points. My IELTS is not enough to get 67 points and i´m a single applicant. I´m planning to take another IELTS and get married next yr, this way my chances are a bit close to 67 or 68..

You should go higher in points, being so close to 67 is not a safe move.
You might be refuse again. Try to up grade your academics or earn more experience in your field.

Good Day!
If I´m going to re-apply? Do I need to use the UCI number? Is it wise to included a letter of explanation why my previous application was refused? Mine was refuse due to lapsed medical req and documentation. We request an extension but the embassy didn´t reply either fax or email. Will I skip the speaktest or the language proficiency which I already took before. They call it speaktest it includes both language and knowledge about caregiving. By the way I´m applying as a Caregiver. Hope you´ll respond to my question.
