| Subject: Acknowledgement from Buffalo never comes! is it? |

Hello all future Canadians,
I applied for a PR to the Buffalo IRPC and my application reached on Sept. 14, 2004. I had paid my fees using a Money Order and I traced that the Money Orders were encashed on Sept. 27, 2004. However, till today, i.e. November 25, 2004, I have not got any acknowledgement from the Buffalo IRPC and since I do not have a file number nor do I have any information about whether my application is complete or not, I am wondering how much time it takes for the Buffalo IRPC to send me an Acknowledgement of Receipt?....

Hi,
I suggest you check the website www.yogi799.com. According to that website currently the people who sent their applications in Aug 2004 are getting AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt).
You should get your file number from Buffalo soon.

That is right as per my analysis also.I know three people who applied in sept.at buffalo,none of them has got AOR.So don´t worry. We all are in same boat.good news is that it is happening to everybody not to a particular one.Please update this site when you receive your AOR.
