Hi
I have applied for spousal sponsership from outside canada on 9 th august 2006. I mean i am in canada and my application is with missisauga and my wife backhome.
Accept Client ID i received nothing and they are not taking any decession on it. According to immigration there is nothing wrong with the file.
I just want to know is it a good idea to take help of member of parilament. Is any body has taken this step. Will it delay my processing any further etc

(in reply to: Member of Pariliament in processing spousal visa) Hassle the crap out of your MP and anyone else you can think of. I did and it helped. Besides that, the more we all hassle and jump up and down the better the chances of someone actually fixing this decrepid old system. Good luck !

(in reply to: Member of Pariliament in processing spousal visa) yep, MP office assistant actually found out the reason why my IA was delay. That´s because medical form was lost.
She helped me get hold of Buffalo, and re-mail me medical form in a week.
