| Subject: PR Card Extremely Urgent |
I tried to call the call center for change of address (PR card) but i cannot call from US as it says only Canada calls will be excepted.Please help me before my PR card gets mailed.Waiting for reply.

You can use somebody in Canada to initiate the call then use e-way calling, 1 of my friend did this way from the USA.

You can change your notification address from CIC online. Here is the address: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ols/ols.do?lang=en
I did not have an address when I landed and added the address two weeks later. And I just got my card today.
Note that the new address is not reflected online even after I did the change two weeks later but it is already in their system. So do not worry about that.

I have already checked the web site:(https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ols/ols.do?lang=en ) how will it help me because i am in US and the address i have given is my friends and i will use it till i will go back to canada i.e next year june.Is there a way i can contact by phone from US and get it changed.
I will really appreciate your response ASAP.

I do not understand what you mean.
I thought you want to change the address CIC sends your card to. So go to the website and change into your friends´ address in Canada and receive your card there.
What is the point of calling CIC?
