I have received my fingerprint result with "No arrest record"
Is there is a difference between "no arrest record and no criminal record" if so, could u plz let me know this difference? I am little bit confused.

What should I do by this fingerprint card? Is it the police certificate and clearance required by CIC? Or should I go to the police station to issue this certificate based on the Fingerprint result?

I submitted my wife´s fingerprint at the same time but I haven´t received it yet. Shall I submit my application to CIC or wait until receiving my wife´s fingerprints results?

I haven´t taken my IELTS exam? Should I wait or go ahead and submit my application?

I am really sorry for this long message and I really appreciate your help. Thank you all.

No criminal record implies that you were not convicted for any crime and thus you neve did any crime however big or small.
No arrest record implies that you were never arrested for (if at all) you broke some rules. This could be the situation like the traffic light or being ticketed for speeding etc.
Hope this helps!
