I am in USA on H1b visa. I am getting married. My husband has PR card which he received recently and he also has H1 status in USA. After marriage my husband is planning to apply for my PR card. How long will it take for me to get the PR card.
Can anyone please help.

is your husband living in Canada or the US? He must be in Canada to sponsor you. It is taking about 10 months if You are outside Canada

Sharon is right, PR can´t apply for spouse while staying outside of Canada. Only Citizens can. He must be staying in Canada and have income there. Only exception can be if he stays in Canada and commute daily to US cities; like staying Windsor and working in Detroit.
You are in H-1 means most probably you also can apply for Canadian PR which may be more straight forward.

Best option... you have to apply as independent SOW candidate and get extra 5 points being your spouse PR...enjoy.
