Hello friends,
Im in India being processed as husband of Live-in Caregiver for PR. My wife is in Canada. We married on my visit there.
The trouble is that CIC is taking too long to finish background checks and now its 3 years since we have been separated. My wife is suffering from depression because of this and im very worried about her. She is there on single entry work visa so I don´t want to risk her coming to India.
Is it possible for me to get a visitor´s visa to visit my wife for a few months? I have already visited Canada on a visitor visa before. What should I include with my application? Will it harm my PR application?
