Got my IA today. Got few questions...please help me to understand the what they are askinig me to do...

This is what I had in the letter:

No additional documents required at this time.
You must submit the documents listed on the enclosed "douments list" (THEY UNDERLINED THESE THREE WORDS - enclosed "documents list") with in 90 days from the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application.
You require an RCMP clearance. You must submitt your fingerprints to the RCMP with in 60 days (instructions enclosed)

But there were no instructions about RCMP clearance.

My question is, do I need to submitt the RCMP clearance?
