Priority after medical!

Subject: Priority after medical!
  Majority of the provinces in Canada have their own immigration program, called ´Provincial Nominee Program´. I think, after getting a letter of nomination from the province, the applications to the federal immigration offices are put in a priority assessment stream.

I was wondering if they get priority over us (the federal skilled worker appicant) after the medical examination as well. Or the both are treated equally?
