I AM LIVING IN USA & I GOT MY IMMIGRATION IN USA IN SKILLED WORKER CLASS BUT FOR 1ST TIME LANDING I AM GOING TO VISIT MY HOME COUNTRY PAKISTAN THEN I GO CANADA FROM PAKISTAN, SO MY 1ST TIME LANDING SHOULD BE FROM PAKISTAN NOT USA .IS IT OK?

Doesn´t matter, you have to land in Canada regardless where you are coming from

like Bill said you can come to Canada from anywhere. you have to make sure one thing, people get married when they visit home countries and their marital status change.
If might not be in your case but I needed to inform you. DO NOT do that, if you are single and getting married. Do the landing first and then visit home country and get married.
