return to US as a tourist (in reply to: US tourist visa)
We had L1/L2 visas earlier and we lived in the US since last 4 years. My family is landing in Canada in December and will be settling down there for good. We also have valid U S tourist visas. Will it be possible to return to the US a few months down the road for visits? WE have friends and family who we would like to meet. We will be flying so is it easy to do that?

When you have valid US tourist visa then what would be the problem? Unless you previously over stayed there or have any criminal offense. You can fly or drive whatever you wish, they´ll just ask you some general info. specialy about your trip, where are going, puspose, US address (must have to provide), for how long. Also, your present condition/job in Canada.

US tourist (in reply to: US tourist visa)
Well we did not overstay - but when our L visa extension was denied, we made an appeal, and were expected to be in the US while it was being processed. In this time the I94 had expired. Now we are leaving anyway, so I was just wondering if there would be any problem if we want to visit.
