I have interview on January 2007 in LA. I have to show all the supporting documents (Original) including funds. If my family back home want to support my financial when I´m in Canada, can I just let my folks ask to their bank to make a letter of fund statement and have a notary translate the family card (which tells I´m is a part of the family). Should my parents make a cover letter showing that they will support my financial?. (I don´t think I can borrow them as a loan just to make a fake statement, the transfer fee is gonna be huge).
Please, help. This is a very urgent situation. since in my bank account, I don´t have enough money to show. I have a stock but It only can be vested on april 1st 07, is it considered to be unencumbered funds? the statement doesn´t show the amount, only how many unit I have and the market price at a time.

CIC will ask if your family expects to be paid back! not a good plan.
You will not likely land before April 07 so I would bring both the stocks and the letter - but only show the family letter if they are nervous that you will sell your stocks.

but I´m a little confused here.
I will sell my stock to get my money and keep the money in my account in order to bring those to canada, but only after april 1st.
My family is not expecting to be paid back, because I got a part from the land they sold. only the account is not under my name, because I´m not there.
What can I do?

tell the CIC officer exactly what you are telling me! Who knows... they might not even ask you.

funny...if your family will support you or you should have your share of what sold (and the money is in the bank there!). Why not ask your family send money to your bank account right now?
