i sent my applicaTION to london cic 5 months now my wife gave birth to a baby girl
alongwith 150 canadian dollar fees what other documents cic will require for my baby?
please advise i shall feel highly obliged

Hi,
I recently went through the medical test. When do I need to pay the immigation fee? It is something like Cad$495. In the letter asking me for medical test, only the medical test was highlighted. Nothing was wreitten about the fee.
Could someone please clarify?

1.Covering letter to the visa office mentioning the birth of your daughter
2.Copy of birth certificate showing both parent names
3.4 (four) Photographs as per specification
4.Copy of passport (exclude blank pages)
5.Completed IMM008GEN form for the child
6.150CAD fees (if the child is accompanying)
