Provincial Nominee Program is a program that helps direct certain individuals to a particular province. The person has to show an intent to reside in that province.

The key word is INTENT.

You can submit an application as a skilled worker who has an offer of employment in that province or as a manager/business person based on that particular provinces selection requirements.

Once landed under this category if things don´t really work out you can move to another province.

One provinces business partnership category requires a one year refundable residency fee. This is imposed to try to keep the business applicant in the province. That way they increase employment for persons all ready living there and it helps the provinces economy.

You have to find one best suited to your personal circumstances.
