Subject: Progress on the messed up e-CAS
Several days ago when I received notice for medical check, I logged on to the e-CAS just to find the status is WITHDRAWN. I emailed Buffalo Office but still waiting for their reply. One minute ago, I logged onto the e-CAS again and found the status changed back to IN PROCESS. Seemed the e-CASS really made a mistake.
I post this result to thank all Uniden and Departure Bay for their help.
My case is:
Filed: January 11, 2006
AOR: January 23, 2006
August ? :asked me to take the English test and I declined and sent a letter to them explaining why my English is good enough. My gamble is only if they give me 6 points total on language, I would have 67 points. And I think they should. Let us wait and see if they agree with me.
IA: Nov 10, 2006 saying interview is waivered at this point and asked me to do Medical.
Scheduled Medical Next Tuesday.

Well, my E-cas has always shown the same thing, "In progress" and "we started processing your application on . . ." And that was 2 years ago.

but when I click on the In progress button, the message is:

We started processing your application on January 23, 2006.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

what? Jason?
so you mean your e-client changed to decision made instead of medical received?
