Subject: Updating your case
  Hi,
Recently when i contacted the lawyers to inquire about this Rasolzadeh class law suit , one of them replied that in order to quicken my applicaiton process is to update my documents with current job/study/maritial status with FRESH IM008 forms.I am wondering that will that make my applicaiton re admitted and put at the back of the queue as I have applied in aug, 2001.
Please tell that will that put any status change on my application timeframe by submitting new immigration form from the site.
Thanks.
Kashif

Re:updating your case (in reply to: Updating your case)
I submitted my application last year in October. I got a letter from Buffalo office this October requesting more information on my education/work/marital status from the date I filed my application (Oct. 2003) until present time. I think you need to wait for a similar letter and then submit updated info. I do not believe that anything bad will happen if you go ahead and submit it now, although chances are that your submission will simply be placed on your file and will not be addressed until the reviewing officer gets to your file in the normal course of processing.
